Learn simple, gentle exercises to relax common
areas of tension: the eyes, jaw, neck, shoulders.
Some of the lessons can even be done in bed to help
induce sleep. These lessons are suitable for all
abilities and levels of experience.
Verbally-guided Feldenkrais Awareness Through
Movement® lessons promote lasting, systemic changes
in how you move and feel. Small, easy, and light
movements, done with awareness, can have a
profound, calming and reorganizing effect on your
entire nervous system.
