Very
fun (and challenging) lesson in which one
explores rolling from back to front whilst
keeping a book on one's foot (without the aid
of velcro or glue ;-). Even if you don't make
it to your front at all, this lesson will
reorganize your leg joints and lengthen your
hamstrings (without stretching).
